Program
This year there will be a full day sex therapy fundamentals course offered on Thursday, April 14th. This course will be an excellent introduction to clinicians new to the practice of sex therapy, while allowing seasoned practitioners to refresh their knowledge and skills. There are also four other preconference workshops on some of the hottest topics in sex therapy, giving by master clinicians in the field. Individuals may register for up to two of these exciting and informative workshops.
The Annual Meeting on Friday April 15th and Saturday, April 16th, “Challenging Ideology and Changing Perspectives”, will challenge the attendees to examine some of the most cherished beliefs and ideas about sexuality. There will be opportunities to hear about alternate sexual lifestyles, to examine the concept of sexual addiction and deviance, to explore the meaning of desire and to look at love and sex among older generations.
Sunday, April 17th, offers you an Ethics Course that will address the ethical issues inherent in using the internet and other technologies in the delivery of psychotherapy in general, and sex therapy in particular.
There are plenty of informal opportunities to spend with colleagues also. The Friday night social excursion is to Chicago’s famed Second City Comedy Club with a dinner prior to the show.

After that day, room reservations are subject to availability and prices may go up.
