Registration is now open for the 2025 Annual Meeting in Portland!
Scroll down to register now! Registration grants attendees access to all scientific programming and the closing banquet. Fees are listed below in USD. IASR is also planning a social excursion, which will be an optional event that is not covered by the basic registration fee. If you would like to attend the social excursion or purchase an additional ticket to bring a guest to the closing banquet, tickets will be available for purchase separately.

If you are an IASR member who has paid 2025 dues, whether this year or in a prior year, you will be prompted to provide the current member password from your confirmation email to access reduced registration costs. If you have not yet paid dues this year, please renew your membership before registering for the meeting to receive this year’s member password.
Hotel and Travel Information
Conference attendees will have access to a discounted room rate at the Westin Portland Harborview, where the meeting will take place. After registering, check your confirmation email for details on how to book a room. Information on travel to Portland will also be offered in this confirmation email.
Non-Member Attendance Policy
IASR is inviting any and all sex researchers to join us at this year’s meeting! Students who are not IASR members (including graduate students, undergraduates, and those who just graduated) may submit proof of student status to iasrstudentrep@gmail.com and register for the reduced non-member student rate.
In order for our presenters to be able to speak freely about unpublished research, IASR does not permit media attendance during the scientific components of conference programming. Electronic versions of the program may be requested by members of the media.
Cancellation Policy
Any registration cancellations must be submitted in writing to iasradmin@gmail.com. The following refund options are offered to be as accommodating as we can without compromising the financial health of our organization.
On or before May 15, you may contact IASR for a full refund via PayPal; however, there will be a $50 USD administrative fee
On or before June 1, you may contact IASR for a 50% refund via PayPal; however, there will be a $50 USD administrative fee
After June 1, no refunds will be provided
